Among 62 New York counties with published values, the counties with the highest lung cancer incidence rates are Oswego County, NY (96.6, 1.86 times the U.S. rate of 51.8), Orleans County, NY (86.9, 1.68 times the U.S. rate of 51.8) and Rensselaer County, NY (82.4, 1.59 times the U.S. rate of 51.8).
