Not a property inspection or assessment

Envyrofax is not a home inspection, a Phase I or Phase II environmental site assessment, a radon or water test, a survey, or an appraisal. Records near an address do not mean a property is contaminated, and the absence of records does not mean it is safe. Radon, lead paint, private well water, mold and many other conditions can only be confirmed by testing the property.

About the data

Records come from government sources listed on our Data Sources page and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information and inaccurate locations. Scores are generated automatically using the method on our methodology page. Community rates can be influenced by institutions located in an area, such as hospitals, nursing homes and correctional facilities. Environmental signals are patterns worth asking about, not findings of fact; state health departments investigate suspected cancer clusters.

Not a consumer report

Envyrofax describes places, not people, and is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use it to make decisions about any individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing.
