Among 46 South Carolina counties with published values, the counties with the highest lung cancer incidence rates are Dillon County, SC (109, 2.1 times the U.S. rate of 51.8), Colleton County, SC (85.2, 1.64 times the U.S. rate of 51.8) and Chester County, SC (79.9, 1.54 times the U.S. rate of 51.8).
