Among 95 Tennessee counties with published values, the counties with the highest lung cancer incidence rates are Trousdale County, TN (123.6, 2.39 times the U.S. rate of 51.8), Union County, TN (107.2, 2.07 times the U.S. rate of 51.8) and Campbell County, TN (105.6, 2.04 times the U.S. rate of 51.8).
