Among 113 Missouri counties with published values, the counties with the highest lung cancer incidence rates are Carter County, MO (123.1, 2.38 times the U.S. rate of 51.8), Dunklin County, MO (112.3, 2.17 times the U.S. rate of 51.8) and Madison County, MO (110.2, 2.13 times the U.S. rate of 51.8).
