Among 61 New York counties with published values, the counties with the highest melanoma incidence rates are Ontario County, NY (37.1, 1.56 times the U.S. rate of 23.8), Wayne County, NY (36.1, 1.52 times the U.S. rate of 23.8) and Livingston County, NY (35.3, 1.48 times the U.S. rate of 23.8).
