Among 16 Utah counties with published values, the counties with the highest lung cancer death rates are Carbon County, UT (32.1, 1.06 times the U.S. rate of 30.2), Duchesne County, UT (23.6, 0.78 times the U.S. rate of 30.2) and Tooele County, UT (21, 0.7 times the U.S. rate of 30.2).
