Among 21 New Jersey counties with published values, the counties with the highest lung cancer death rates are Salem County, NJ (45.9, 1.52 times the U.S. rate of 30.2), Cumberland County, NJ (36.4, 1.21 times the U.S. rate of 30.2) and Gloucester County, NJ (33.5, 1.11 times the U.S. rate of 30.2).
