Among 82 Michigan counties with published values, the counties with the highest lung cancer death rates are Kalkaska County, MI (60.4, 2 times the U.S. rate of 30.2), Roscommon County, MI (57.8, 1.91 times the U.S. rate of 30.2) and Crawford County, MI (57.2, 1.89 times the U.S. rate of 30.2).
