Among 69 Oklahoma counties with published values, the counties with the highest lung cancer death rates are Sequoyah County, OK (70.6, 2.34 times the U.S. rate of 30.2), Cotton County, OK (67.1, 2.22 times the U.S. rate of 30.2) and Haskell County, OK (66.2, 2.19 times the U.S. rate of 30.2).
