Among 95 Tennessee counties with published values, the counties with the highest cancer death rates are Clay County, TN (246.9, 1.72 times the U.S. rate of 143.2), Trousdale County, TN (233.6, 1.63 times the U.S. rate of 143.2) and Overton County, TN (229.1, 1.6 times the U.S. rate of 143.2).
