Among 82 Mississippi counties with published values, the counties with the highest cancer death rates are Humphreys County, MS (276.8, 1.93 times the U.S. rate of 143.2), Tunica County, MS (261.2, 1.82 times the U.S. rate of 143.2) and Issaquena County, MS (260.1, 1.82 times the U.S. rate of 143.2).
