Among 102 Illinois counties with published values, the counties with the highest cancer incidence rates are Menard County, IL (609.9, 1.35 times the U.S. rate of 453.4), Pike County, IL (581.5, 1.28 times the U.S. rate of 453.4) and Alexander County, IL (576.5, 1.27 times the U.S. rate of 453.4).
