Among 77 Oklahoma counties with published values, the counties with the highest cancer incidence rates are Okmulgee County, OK (571.7, 1.26 times the U.S. rate of 453.4), Muskogee County, OK (528.3, 1.17 times the U.S. rate of 453.4) and Ottawa County, OK (527.1, 1.16 times the U.S. rate of 453.4). Values are per 100,000, age-adjusted. 25 of the 77 are significantly above the U.S. rate.
