Among 64 Louisiana counties with published values, the counties with the highest cancer incidence rates are Iberville Parish, LA (603.2, 1.33 times the U.S. rate of 453.4), Cameron Parish, LA (587.2, 1.3 times the U.S. rate of 453.4) and West Feliciana Parish, LA (548.9, 1.21 times the U.S. rate of 453.4). Values are per 100,000, age-adjusted. 50 of the 64 are significantly above the U.S. rate.
