Among 2,309 U.S. counties with published values, the counties with the highest bladder cancer incidence rates are Piscataquis County, ME (45.3, 2.42 times the U.S. rate of 18.7), Trimble County, KY (42.6, 2.28 times the U.S. rate of 18.7) and Jasper County, IL (39.4, 2.11 times the U.S. rate of 18.7). Values are per 100,000, age-adjusted. 477 of the 2,309 are significantly above the U.S. rate.
