Counties with the highest thyroid cancer incidence rates in New Jersey

Among 21 New Jersey counties with published values, the counties with the highest thyroid cancer incidence rates are Hunterdon County, NJ (23.2, 1.78 times the U.S. rate of 13), Ocean County, NJ (22.3, 1.72 times the U.S. rate of 13) and Warren County, NJ (21.8, 1.68 times the U.S. rate of 13). Values are per 100,000, age-adjusted. 16 of the 21 are significantly above the U.S. rate.
