Among 84 Illinois counties with published values, the counties with the highest kidney cancer incidence rates are Greene County, IL (45, 2.51 times the U.S. rate of 17.9), Montgomery County, IL (36.8, 2.06 times the U.S. rate of 17.9) and Clay County, IL (34.5, 1.93 times the U.S. rate of 17.9).
