Among 1,418 U.S. counties with published values, the counties with the highest liver cancer death rates are Dimmit County, TX (34.1, 5.17 times the U.S. rate of 6.6), Anderson County, TX (21.3, 3.23 times the U.S. rate of 6.6) and Union County, FL (20.9, 3.17 times the U.S. rate of 6.6). Values are per 100,000, age-adjusted. 227 of the 1,418 are significantly above the U.S. rate.
